Returns
Returns or exchanges on items are based on sizing or a specific case listed below. Please reach out to us with questions first.

Refunds (if applicable)
No refunds, with the exception of damaged or incorrect items. If you receive a damaged package, do not open it, please return it to your local post office to claim damage. We use Priority mail shipping which does have some protection associated with it.

If for some reason you do not receive the correct item, please contact us at coffeecupclothingshop@gmail.com within 2 days of receipt of the item and include a photo. We will also notify you with the status of the refund in regard to our policy. Do not remove tags, wash or wear the items. You may be asked to send back the item in the original packaging. If you are approved, a store credit will be issued.

Sizing Exchanges (if applicable)
We do our absolutely best to try and give the measurements for each shirt style but sizing is unique to each person. In the case of sizing exchanges, if the shirt has the appropriate information for sizing we will exchange the shirt, however you will need to return ship the shirt or item at your cost, unworn (besides trying on) with all appropriate tags etc back to us. We will then verify that the garment is undamaged and supply the appropriate replacement per your instructions. Please email or add a note with the return so that you receive the correct replacement.

Exchanges of altered or modified items are on a discretionary basis. We will review the situation and do our best to work with you any way we can. However a shirt that is different than the normal style and or color that is outside the normal offering may not be honored as this is a total loss for replacement. So please be considerate of sizing and ask necessary questions when ordering. Have a shirt that you love the fit? tell us! we will try and match sizing and give a recommendation.
